Sensitive business information should be handled carefully
The Business Dependency & Resilience Review may involve leadership dependency, customer concentration, key-person risk, capability gaps and succession concerns. We treat this information as confidential and commercially sensitive.
Data handling principles
Purpose limitation
Client information is used only for the review, report, roadmap, reassessment or advisory work agreed with the client.
Confidentiality
Assessment responses, findings, leadership concerns and dependency information are treated as confidential.
Minimal disclosure
Reports and findings are shared only with agreed client contacts unless otherwise authorised.
Data minimisation
Where possible, sensitive information is summarised, anonymised or reduced to the minimum needed for analysis.
No public use without permission
Client names, findings, assessment results or case examples are not used in public marketing without permission.
AI supports judgement — it does not replace it
Veyrak Advisory may use AI-assisted tools to help organise information, identify patterns and support consistency during analysis. AI is used only as a support tool.
Final interpretation, prioritisation and recommendations remain human-led and subject to professional judgement. Where AI-assisted tools are used, we minimise unnecessary personal or commercially sensitive detail, prefer anonymised or summarised inputs, and review final reports before delivery.
You set the handling requirements
Clients may request specific handling requirements before work begins.
This may include limits on what is included in AI-assisted analysis, who receives the report, how findings are presented, and how reassessment information is handled.
Plain-English summary
- We use client information only to complete the agreed work.
- We do not publish client findings without permission.
